Evaluation Contest! Every evaluation you complete enters you into a draw for 1 of 8 $100CDN Visa gift cards AND a free pass to Pri-Med Canada 2024 Live or Virtual. For example, if you complete 7 session evaluations and the overall evaluation, you will have 8 chances to win!

Contest Closes on November 17, 2023, 11:59pm EDT and winners will be notified via email by November 24, 2023. 

HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR EVALUATIONS

Session Evaluations can be found in the “Evaluation” tab within each session on the certified and non-certified program pages.

An Overall Evaluation will be emailed to you after the event and will also be available on this web app home page.
